Updated September 5, 2026. Dingcad is operated by Yacine Brahimi.
You can use the public CAD viewer without signing in. If you choose Google sign-in, Dingcad receives your Google account identifier, verified email address, and display name. We store these with an internal user identifier, account creation and update times, and your last sign-in time to identify and maintain your account.
Dingcad does not receive your Google password or request access to Gmail messages. Google identity tokens are checked during sign-in and are not retained in our user database.
A secure browser cookie keeps you signed in for up to seven days. The server stores a hash of that session identifier. Signing out revokes that session. Temporary sign-in requests expire after ten minutes. Account records remain on our server until removed; the database has rolling backups.
If you create CAD documents, we store their graphs, titles, timestamps, revision numbers, and a bounded record of edit request identifiers. Documents belong to your account. You can grant viewing access to specified Google account email addresses and revoke it. Optional document-scoped agent keys expire after seven days; only their hashes are stored. Document data has rotating backups. You can delete a document through its API; deleted data may remain in those backups until they rotate out.
The browser may cache public model buffers locally to speed up repeat visits. This cache can be cleared with your browser's site-data controls. It is separate from the account database and does not contain your sign-in credentials.
If you become a Dingcad supporter, Stripe processes your subscription and payment details. Dingcad stores a link between your account and your Stripe customer identifier, receives billing notifications, and retrieves your subscription status from Stripe. Dingcad does not store your card details. You can update payment details or cancel your subscription through Stripe's billing portal.
Google handles authentication. Cloudflare delivers requests to the Dingcad server. Those providers and our server may process technical request information such as IP addresses, browser information, and request times to deliver and operate the service. Google and Cloudflare also have their own privacy policies.
